Hi All,
This morning we received a response to a previous email we sent to the Minister and the Dept of Education and Skills.
A department offical has informed us that they intend to run the scheme, if possible. The official also stated that they are keeping the situation under ongoing review and that any decisions they make will be in conjunction with the public health authorities.
The spokesperson also told us that they are looking at contingency measures. These measures may include changes to the format of the scheme, should it prove necessary to delay the start date.
We will of course be looking for clarification on the points they’ve raised and as soon as we have any further information we will post it here for you.
