Application forms for the home-based programme will be issued by the DES directly to schools. Principals should put a list together of all eligible students that meet the DES eligibility criteria.
Families will then need to be contacted about their eligibility for accessing the programme. Before any tuition can start Principals must sign and stamp the forms for any eligible children.
