Not received your programme confirmation?

Once a school has entered an application on the DES web portal an email reply should have been sent back to the childs parents quite quickly, that email will have links to the paperwork parents and tutors will need to complete prior to tuition starting.
Those emails are very important as well as links to the required paperwork they’re also the proof of a childs eligibility for tuition and must be shared with tutors prior to any tuition starting.
If parents have not received a reply from the DES or misplaced the email confirming the hours the 1st thing to do is check their spam folder. If it’s not there they will need to contact the DES home programme team directly on 0906 483600 or they can be emailed on
