Athlone-based teacher (worked with Down Syndrome last yr)

Hi Tina Wu here,

I am an Irish-registered post-primary teacher for business, that originally qualified and worked as an English-teacher in China. I enjoyed doing summer provision for a Down Syndrome teen last year, and will work with her again this year, but I might do one more if a good match. I am good bonding with students, & have done short SEN teaching courses (anxiety and autism general), and plan to do an SEN Post-grad next year.

I have been teaching Business, Chinese, English EAL/SEN and foundation maths in KCC Lucan, but I live in ATHLONE since Aug 2021. I taught English EAL/SEN in RosCC from Feb-May 2020, and worked in Galway Schools, and in China before then. I have just been hired as a Leaving Cert Supervisor, but as I was late applying I might be fall-back only, and so could be free most of June.
