16 year old girl

Hello
I was looking for someone to work with my 16 year old daughter. She is in mainstream, and has down syndrome.
She loves music and is very sociable . Weakest areas would be maths and money and numeracy in general. Also fine motor skills need improvement, and with all the other school based work we have done, this kind of practice has lapsed.
Would be interested in the first and last week of july (5th to 9th) and (26th to 30th), and 2 weeks in August - but would be flexible. Just to note we are away the middle 2 weeks of July.
Would love to hear from you if you are interested. We live just outside Clane - in the celbridge-maynooth direction.
